Logo and Identity Development for Multifamily Housing


A distinctive brand identity sets a community apart, conveys its values, and attracts the right customer base.


For this project, I was contracted to develop the brand mark and visual guidelines for a new multifamily housing development, The Views at Chase Creek. Working closely with the client, I used demographic insights and competitive research to guide the creative process—ensuring that the brand would resonate with its target audience and differentiate the property within a competitive market.


Within two weeks, I delivered a complete brand package, including:

  • A custom-designed logo
  • Brand color palette and typography selections
  • Logo usage guidelines
  • Finalized file packages for print and digital applications
